HOW TO USE SAUNAVEDA
- Connect one end of the pipe to the Steam Generator and the other end to the back of the SAUNAVEDA. Ensure the connections are secure.
- Place the desired medicinal herbs into the herb cylinder inside.
- Adjust the height-adjustable seat in the SAUNAVEDA to a comfortable position.
- Pour the appropriate amount of water into the steam generator (should be distilled water only as the chlorine in ordinary tap water causes the wood to turn black, and the scale contained in ordinary water forces you to de-scale the system frequently)
- Turn on the power supply.
- Set the knob on the steam generator thermo regulator to the MAX position.
- Put a piece of gauze or cloth diaper on the seat (also under the legs) if using for commercial use.
- After reaching the appropriate temperature (40-45 °C), set the knob on the steam generator thermo regulator to a position in the middle between MIN and MAX and then allow the person to enter the cabin.
- Sit and indulge in the action of steam. The basic criterion for the length of stay in the SAUNAVEDA is well-being and the ability to withstand heat without harming health. However, the maximum time spent in the SAUNAVEDA should not exceed 15 – 20 minutes. If the temperature is too high, it can be adjusted with the help of the knobs on the steam generator thermo regulator.
- After completing the treatment and leaving the SAUNAVEDA, rest for 10-15 minutes.

SAUNAVEDA uses steam (produced by a generator) that is released inside the sauna after passing through a cylinder in which various mixtures of herb plants are placed. This steam (with a temperature of about 98 °C) quickly heats the inside of the sauna to the desired operating temperature (40 °- 50 °C). At first, steam containing herb-based substances opens the pores of the skin and activates the body’s detoxification process. Then, the use of herbs allows the penetration of its active substances from herbs into the body. In the end, the procedure removes impurities and toxins from the body.
The maximum duration of a procedure is 15-20 minutes.

The SAUNAVEDA takes 15-20 minutes to reach 40-50 °C. Once you reach 45 °C, you can enter the sauna. There will be an initial drop of about 10 °C , and in about 5 minutes it will increase back to 40°C.
Yes, there is an adjustable knob on the steam generator that can be adjusted to the clients liking. Usually the knob is on full during the warming of the SAUNAVEDA. Once the client enters, the knob is turned down to the low setting during the procedure. The setting on the steam generator can be increased or decreased then depending on the desire of the client.
